Our procedure

We follow 6 steps for each translation project. A clear and transparant procedure to avoid misunderstandings.

  1. Analyzing: after we receive your request we immediately start to analyze your document(s) to match them with the perfect translator.

  2. Agreement: after selecting and consulting the translator best suited for the job, we will give you a quote. Upon receipt of your permission, we will send you our confirmation of the agreement by e-mail.

  3. Translation: translation can start and the first concept is made. Issues, such as localization, style and technical terminology are known. Please let us know if you have reference material or a terminology list available. These will greatly improve the quality of your translations.

  4. Feedback: some words might remain ambiguous or might need some more fine-tuning. We will discuss such things with you in order to make sure even the most difficult words are translated correctly.

  5. Finalizing: the last parts will be inserted in the document. If necessary we will include an attachment with the document in which certain words will be described and explained.

  6. Sending: in most cases we send you the translated documents by e-mail. However depending on your needs we can also fax or send the texts by post.

Turnaround time: Smaller translations can be completed within 24 hours. In general our delivery time is about 3 - 5 working days. Larger projects (more than 10,000 words) take 10-15 working days to finish.

Would you like to request a quotation free of obligation? If possible, we would like to receive the document to be translated with your request. We will send you our best terms as soon as possible.
